Pros

Great environment, opportunity to grow and learn different aspects of the business. Smart people to work with, work and fun all blended together.

Cons

Salary range are below standards and there is no salary banding/leveling. Low annual increase. Organizational structure changes almost every month.

Pros

The pay is nice, as well as bonus monthly for sales. The people are very sweet, and they care about you as an employee. Ability to win a lot of things like a blue tooth speaker, and listen to music on the call floor.

Cons

Have to make up holiday hours. Look over issues with some employees that should be dealt with.

Management pushes down instead of up when worker bees bring concerns. We are implicitly considered untrustworthy with paper and pens.
