Nice environment, get along with people quickly, pay is alright, not a hard job

Pros

The people (agents you work with) are nice and as an agent you truly feel as part of a family.

Cons

No compensation for minimal parking, requires employees to work off the clock (illegal), HR required employees to assist with handing out W-2's (very illegal), HR spoke about terminated agents to those still working there such as unemployment and other termination related materials (very illegal), Most if not all upper management takes no initiative to assist the employees below them and in actuality throws any and everyone of said employees under the bus if it assists them in saving face with the managers above them.
