      Fast track career opportunities for top performers and those that can prove their mettle. Transparent environment where your opinion is heard and shared. Your suggestions have the power to change the company's dynamics in the most positive light.

      Cons

      Occasionally the bureaucratic process takes longer than I'd like but it's to be understood in a company that's growing at the pace Results is.

      Pros

      It's pays $11 an hour. In training you can do what you want. The atmosphere is very relaxed.

      Cons

      Training did not prepare you for the floor. No one knew what was going on half the time. Schedules were decided based off of test scores. If you got a poor score and needed a certain schedule they basically said tough luck.
