Pros

- Great culture. People here are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely like to help new people. - Engaging product. You'll work on projects that are high impact and have lots of creative use cases. - Food! Free breakfast, lunch and dinner. Seriously, don't sleep on the food.

Cons

- The work here is very demanding. There is a healthy culture around taking vacation and not staying late at the office, but you will be expected to work very hard and deliver early on. This isn't a big con necessarily but something to be aware of if you're choosing between offers.

-Support team has great managers -Solid career trajectory -great workplace environment and culture continues to build, lots of really smart and talented people to learn from

Cons

-Growing pains moving from a small early-stage startup to a more established software institution -Everyone is really busy and can be spread thin when needing to work across teams -Roadmap is not always the most clear other than focusing on growth and expansion
