Meritocracy fosters collaboration and recognition at Revalize

From the top-down, Revalize is a meritocracy at its core. Performance is what's recognized and rewarded over seniority, title or politics! Every day we are all encouraged to lean in, challenge, partner across borders and functions to "build a better mousetrap".

Cons

Every company can improve in certain areas but nothing egregious comes to mind worth sharing.

Micromanagement until personnel achieve paralysis. Perpetrates a bureaucratic environment but actually executes a popularity contest Insecure managers fear qualified employees and removes them from team if they are a threat to their position. Operations driven from angel investors that don't care about talent within the team just profits and using non-C level personnel as scapegoats for failure. Management engages in corporate cut-throat tactics, constantly eliminating positions to pad their own, year end performance bonuses.
