Perpetrates a bureaucratic environment but actually executes a popularity contest Insecure managers fear qualified employees and removes them from team if they are a threat to their position. Operations driven from angel investors that don't care about talent within the team just profits and using non-C level personnel as scapegoats for failure. Management engages in corporate cut-throat tactics, constantly eliminating positions to pad their own, year end performance bonuses.
