Pros

Decent work life balance, no one's looking over your shoulder

Cons

This company is hilariously dysfunctional. It's a bloated, PE-backed hodgepodge of employees slinging ERP widgets who know things suck but don't want to say it out loud. The firm that owns this conglomerate is full of old Gen X-ers who are convinced that the Predictable Revenue, ZIRP way of pursuing an exit will apply to one or all of the product lines at Revalize. If any self-respecting acquiring company popped the hood on what really goes on here, they'd be appalled.

Pros

* Unlimited PTO? * Remote work?

Cons

* TA Associates acquired 15 or so companies that loosely served a similar client base. Beyond that there were not much synergies. People were laid off at random. No thought given to who or which roles. The leftovers had no idea what the company even owned. Great products were abandoned. Customers were left hanging. Employees were blamed. Upper management turned over 100% in the first year or so. That tells you everything. Dumpster fire.

Pros

- Remote work - some people are nice (but i’ve also encountered my fair share of rude and idiotic coworkers here as well so it’s a mixed bag)

Cons

- highly disorganized from the top down - significantly lower than average pay - constant turnover (multiple managers and team members left within a year) - leadership has absolutely no idea what they are doing - teams are not equipped with the proper tools/technology to do their jobs - some tools are actually broken and do not work. employees have complained about this numerous times and management doesn’t do anything about it because they want to save money! - departments are not on the same page - no good benefits - constant useless meetings that are a waste of time - no promotions. people have been here over 3 years with no promotions or significant salary increases - poor company outlook from management - leadership does NOT listen to employees - leadership would rather save money by using this is by far the most frustrating company I’ve ever worked for. avoid at all costs!
