Pros
One of the best reasons to work at Revature is that they train you in learning the technologies that companies use. I was assigned a great trainer, definitely wished they were my college professor for my software developer class. Revature helps out individuals break into the software development industry and this is one of the best things to highlight about Revature. Many people who want to get into the industry often get rejected from entry-level jobs due to not having that 1-2 years of experience. Revature is here to fill in that gap, and the best part about it is that it's not just free learning but they pay you to learn (Although it is minimum wage depending on which state you're located in and will continue to get paid this amount until you're hired on by one of their clients).
Cons
The biggest con is that the training is fast-paced and it feels like you're flying through so many technologies. Have a studying strategy down before you start training because if you don't study and keep up with learning you could fall back and it's not easy to catch yourself up to pace. Keep in mind that you have side projects to work on while also keeping up with the learning and what you learn will be used in the projects. You will have to relocate, this is not something that is not brought up or kept secret.
