There is a lot of training, and a good amount of practical projects to train good practices.

Cons

Training is incredibly intense for anyone without as coding background.

Good if you want the experience and has high potential to work for a good company after the 2 years. You get paid for training.

Cons

Pay is pretty bad and there's that 2 year contract where you can be moved anywhere.

Pros

Follow and learn from instructor session's as much as you can since you will get recordings. Get a Java book right away and study read as much as you can. I used Deitel's and Oracle Java A beginner's guide. I also got beginner's books for SQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Spring Frameworks. Now your challenge is time constraints because of projects, you will have to work as fast as you can and learn as much as you can.

Cons

The only problem I encountered through the whole training was a hard time to keep up. Just do the best to keep up.
