Good remote work, only 1 day per week. Good benefits. Good product. Great learning. Great recognition for hard work.

Cons

No progression plan. Some managers have no knowledge and don’t help progress. Some favouritism.

Pros

This company never stands still; there are so many projects to get involved in and opportunities to learn. My role is constantly evolving as the business has a lot of change and focus continuous improvement. The people who work here are some of the most talented individuals I have ever worked with and the impact from both Reward Gateway and Edenred people coming together creates great diversity and shared ideas. The on-site cafe is a great benefit! and the office environment is fun and productive. Great socials outside of work as well as lots of CSR activities to support causes we care about.

None. If you are happy working at fast pace in an ever-changing environment, this is the place to be!
