Work Culture and team members were very warm and welcoming. There is genuine care for employees and their wellbeing from the Executive team and Senior Leaders.

Cons

Pros

Before the acquisition there was lots of challenges but lots of opportunities. The people seemed to work together for positive outcomes. You were able to influence the direction of the business and its products.

Cons

Since the acquisition everything has gone downhill. The culture is awful and the RG spark has long since died. The most incompetent are given promotions and those that have real talent are left behind. The products are so outdated and clunky and are riddled with bugs.
