pretty much everything else. the hours were insane, the leadership teams were full of prima-donas.

The coworkers are usually good and supportive.

Cons

Upper management is hit or miss. Can be toxic and rude. Burnt garbage does not really create a great environment when you have to go to plants. Lots of ash.
