Pros

It’s an easy job for decent (on the lower end of competitors around the area) money.

Cons

Unless you’re part of a clique or not just a pushover then it’s not worth the stress. One supervisor is just a causation of stress and misery in the location. The management change was a horrible decision for employees. The stress isn’t worth the pay, there are other companies in the field that pay at a higher rate as of right now. You run risk of legal troubles if there is human error (even if it’s not you) or system error on their part. If you’re injured during the job, they cover themselves or push blame to the employee injured. Just not worth it.

In the time since your departure, we have been proud of the team effort we have seen to address these challenges, along with employee turnover decreasing - a key indicator of improved employee satisfaction and engagement. Please know that we have zero tolerance for disrespectful treatment, and we urge anyone who sees or experiences such treatment to immediately report it to their supervisor or HR.
