Supervisors will however, constantly push and push for dangerous jobs to be done quickly, and scold employees for properly following safety procedures. No matter what, Boiler uptime is all this company cares about. Quality control, preventative maintenance, or job quality is non existent. You will always be short staffed and be given mandatory overtime, with less than a days notice. Family vacation planned prior to notice, you will be punished and scolded for not being "committed".
