You'll be poisoned and or blown up and then blamed for the incident because you didn't report it. But, if you report safety concerns they'll fire you for whatever they can think of.

Cons

Cancer, burning to death, breathing smoke from drugs dropped off by law enforce. Safety measures are bypassed regularly and left unrepaired for YEARS. Environmental regulations are pencil whipped and disregarded, evidence is destroyed.

Employee morale tends to suffer, hindering teamwork and innovation. Additionally, a revolving door of staff disrupts institutional knowledge, making it challenging to maintain consistent standards and long-term strategic goals. This combination of disorganization and high turnover can undermine the company's competitiveness and long-term sustainability.
