More often than not the supervisors will actually just open the breaker to the gas monitors because it's a "nuisance". Millions of dollars thrown at system replacement and zero training or guidance offered. All ash system replacement has made every work day a nightmare. Every day you must put yourself in the line of fire to break up giant boulders formed in ash hoppers. Temperatures of ash employees are put in front of will melt your boots and burn off PPE. Scary how quickly shift supervisors will promote employees To deal with the huge turnover rate and absolutely turn a blind eye let the most inexperienced human beings work with dangerous ash.
