People within the department were very smart.

Cons

Benefits were not great. Bonuses were rarely paid in full. There was always a reason to shaft staff out of their bonuses. There is no advancement from within. Its definitely a boys club most SR level managers were men.

Work is always available, opportunity to move up, great benefits. Company pays for all clothes and gear. Exciting place to be, diverse workforce.

Cons

Large company- seems to be a lot Bureaucracy and hoops to jump through to make changes. Still a customer service based position, not a good fit for people who hate working with the public.
