Enjoyed my coworkers and my boss. Pay was fine for me Learned something new each day Loved the industry

Cons

Unwillingness to provide more flexible remote work policies (if the position can be performed remotely, then requiring 4 days in office is unnecessary). 1-2 days in office is reasonable for functions that can be performed remotely. This also provides a better work-life balance.
