Pros

Great work life balance. Great people. Great benefits

Cons

I had bad line manager. Too much micromanaging. Not set expectations. Incompetance led to burnout and confusion.

Pros

Good benefits, vacation, and 401k

Cons

Management switches direction constantly. Currently their entire goal is to have everyone wasting their time standing around handing out as many coupons as possible because they accidently promised the shareholders too many. The main objective of working here is to stay off every single list they send which is virtually impossible. Priorities change so fast it usually doesn’t really matter what you work on. You can do a great job or a poor job it doesn’t really matter, it’s impossible to get fired, and they won’t give you a high rating even if you excel. Constantly picking up the slack for poor performing team members. If you have a good DM the job is OK, but that’s rare. Very un-clear bonus goals that don’t make sense with business.
