Pros

In the past, this company was an exceptional place to grow a career. It offered strong development opportunities, global exposure, and a culture that valued performance and innovation. Compensation and benefits have traditionally been very competitive, which helped to attract and retain top talent. Many of my colleagues were talented, driven, and passionate about their work.

Cons

Unfortunately, in recent years, the company has moved away from its core values. Meritocracy has taken a back seat to favoritism, and strong performance is no longer consistently recognized or rewarded. Leadership lacks clear direction and accountability, and there’s a concerning tolerance for toxic behavior, including bullying—with little to no intervention. The culture, once a key strength, has weakened considerably, resulting in low morale and a lack of engagement.
