Easy Job but Overcomplicated.

Pros

Salary, benefits, PTO, company car, phone allowance, EASY JOB.

Cons

Company over complicates everything for this role. There are so many things they could get rid of to make it more fluent. I interned for the company and was pushed directly into the role, the were not 100% truthful with what the job would look like. This is NOT a sales role WHATSOEVER. This is a convincing role, you do NOT reap what you sow, there is NO commission. This job is simply reading a planogram and making things look pretty. Some locations are rough depending where your territory is. I had things thrown at me and snatched out of my hand by some of the clientele. If you don’t get a good division manager, it will not be fun. There were many occasions where the manager would make you feel stupid and laugh at some of your ideas. Often would ask question, and was given an answer that implied it was a dumb question.
