There are a few folks from RJRT that have stayed with Reynolds American post 2023 and a couple of the international placements to USA are not just “hired guns.” These folks understand the issues that the broader BAT group is facing, how to navigate it, as well as coach others on how to proceed effectively. They have seen this company’s culture when it was great and understand how it fell apart. They’ve been trying and failing for the better part of 6 years to get back to the future. If you land in one of these circles and are able to keep the tone and tenor as everyone gets moved around - you could find happiness here.

Cons

These people will be responsible for the turnaround if it happens but they’re the minority. Thus, happiness here is a long-shot. If it’s not panning out after you’ve stayed long enough to reap the initial benefits and experience…run.
