Direction constantly changing, no leg to stand on with customers. No meetings. Can’t meet coworkers company has become cheap and wasteful

Company Car Salary is ok

Cons

If you have a big territory good luck! Too many calls not enough time Management is cruel and unwilling to work with you. Have to move multiple times to move up within the company There is no room for career growth unless you move to the corporate home office. Customers you work with for the most part are not nice, be prepared to be screamed at. The company does not guarantee products, so most stores hate the company, which makes it hard to sell new items. They won't move you to where you want to go unless you bend over backwards.
