The issue is, there aren't enough positions in the company for all the employees that want to be promoted! So what happens is, TM's sent in their position until they ether quit or just except that they will never get promoted (Only applies to employees that want to be promoted)! Also, there is know real way to tell one good employee from the other (Assuming both want to work to get promoted). To get promoted your direct manager has to like you, if not you will never get promoted! Other than these issues the company is great! But these can be big issues to ambitious people.
