      Pros

      Great benefits offered at this job, company car, reimbursement on cell phone, internet and car wash. Your given a computer and printer. Medical and dental and vision.

      Cons

      over worked, it does not stop at 5 and the pay is not that good compared to what the hours you put in. Its hard to advance in this company unless you constantly want to be moving around to wherever they place you.

      As long as you work hard and stay focused on the overall goals you will be rewarded. Company fully invests in talent and those willing to work hard.

      Cons

      Very competitive environment, you have to wait your turn in some instances where there is a surplus of talent and limited openings at the next level

      Pros

      Management teams, for the most part, are the right people. Company promotes motivation and independence to get employees involved. I left and now see how much of a great place it was to work. Where I am now is nothing of the structure and culture of RJRT.

      Cons

      A little challenging to move into higher positions within the company, especially from the field. Lots of talented employees make to hard to stand out.
