      managers very controlling, in southern sales area it is "the good ole boys club".

      Pros

      This is a great place to work. Good work-life balance. Good benefits, and good time off policies. Salary is middle of the road for such a large Consumer Goods company but the free car helps with that.

      Cons

      little room for upward mobility. no clearly defined way to climb into a promotion which is why everyone eventually leaves. Also your Division Manager can make or break you in this company. If you are bothered by cigarette smoke this won't be the job for you.
