      good pay and benefits. work on your own for the most part which could be good or bad depending you your personality

      its a cigarette company.....advancement is not as fast as they make it out to be.

      This job provides a company vehicle (usually a fully loaded Ford SUV) with gas card for personal use, which is a huge bonus because you don't have to pay for gas or a car ever. This is a respectable marketing position that won't keep you in an office or behind a desk all day.

      Cons

      Older management doesn't catch up with trends. Dying, heavily regulated and vilified industry.
