Pros

- Hires right out of college - Good way to get hired quickly and get entry level experience - On-site dining facility - Paid for overtime hours worked - Small raises every year

Cons

- Very low compensation - Poor vacation/holiday benefits (vacation= no days your first year, in your second year, you get one day of vacation for every full month you worked in your first year) (holidays=8) - Position was poorly labeled (marketed as doing different work than you actually do) - Little room for advancements or promotions - Dead end job - Boring job - very repetitive with little room for creativity or growth - Poor management - Little communication from management to employees, or between teams - Everyone is treated the same (whether you are working really hard or barely working enough to get by) - No rewards system - Make promises they don't come through with

Pros

My best day there was the day I walked out.

Cons

Bob Brockman exploits his employees at every turn. Bob believes that he is the only one who brings value to the company, and so he deserves all the rewards. He's made a billion dollars off the backs' of his workers. Once Bob pays you a nickel, he thinks he owns you. In Reynolds and Reynolds, Bob found a great company, conducted a hostile takeover, and turned it into a plantation of unhappy wage slaves. It is an abomination. Run, don't walk.

Pros

Employees on lower levels are fun to work with. They only promote from within and give a chance to young people. (If your old they won't hire you). The company is conservative and allows concealed handguns on property.

Cons

Very low pay starting between $28-32K salary with very small raises. The insurance is terrible. Smokers and overweight people are charged more fore benefits and can be fired with nicotine tests. They tell you about opportunities for raises, but don't mention those opportunities freeze if you promote to supervisor or higher or after you reach $40K. You are not allowed to use the elevators, they are reserved for management. They record everywhere you are in the building through RFID name tags. There are no minorities or women in upper management. They require excessive hours over 40hrs and random travel to fill in gaps without incentive or pay. Turn over rate is high. Most people leave after 2 years and those that stay are there because they are unable to transfer their limited skill set to another company. Company sent employees emails and hosted talks telling employees to vote republican or there would be economic problems if a certain candidates were elected. They then cut all part time workers hours to 29 hours from 39 and cut benefits after a certain candidate was not elected in 2013.
