Pros

Lax management means that you can look busy, but not actually be doing anything. In fact, they encourage it!

Cons

The absolute worst atmosphere I've ever dealt with. Very low energy, cliques in every department and no room for growth. Overall a terrible experience.

A hard-working person who wants to excel there, will. Consistency and reliability will earn respect and opportunity. Solid yearly raises, generous bonuses on good years, and what beats selling toys?!

Cons

Few vertical growth opportunities. Management styles vary widely across departments, and their political games can sometimes hurt employees.
