Management needs to be more realistic

Lack of Recognition for achievements Lack of pay coordinating with knowledge, loyalty, skill, and responsibility On-site Cafe was lacking in many areas to the point I brought a lunch Suggestions and changes not rewarded. Saved the company thousands yearly and did not get anything for it. Lack of communication between areas (sometimes does get covered by workers of areas communicating instead of management) Overstaffed in some areas and understaffed in others(just my opinion but way too many HR people vs Engineers in manufacturing lacking) Management has too little of an idea of what the people they supervise actually do. Special awards inconsistent(ex: Florence award not issued during most of my employment and would have won yearly) Documentation needs updating
