Working here literally made me despondent. This isn't an internship, this is an excuse for them to use college kids for cheap labor. There was little to no training, and when I made any mistake it wasn't corrected politely. The people that trained me were obviously annoyed by the fact that they had to take time out of their day to do so, and hated when I asked questions. Nobody in the office made any effort to socialize with me (or the other interns, for that matter), so I was stuck in a room alone all day for months without any contact with others. The "culture" is not welcoming or friendly and it seems like everyone that works here does not want to be here. The managers took no time to get to know us or teach us anything valuable, so it was essentially just a data entry position, not an internship. Nobody even pretended to care about the interns and barely treated us like people. I did not learn anything from my internship other than that I do not want to work at Rieth-Riley.
