Pros

RigUp could easily be my "forever company" - a place where I grow my career and stay until I retire. The RigUp Leadership team is one of the strongest, most thoughtful and kind groups that I have ever worked with. I thoroughly enjoy working alongside my colleagues, and I have yet to come across anyone with ego or a closed-mind. Everyone operates from a place of curiosity and works hard together to solve problems and help RigUp win. I also appreciate that I have the opportunity to solve problems and can see the direct impact of my work, first-hand. I love working at RigUp!

Cons

RigUp is growing rapidly, and experiencing some growing pains - but nothing out of the ordinary! I think it's a healthy sign that the company is evolving and maturing.

Pros

Nice building and Nice views.

Cons

Business outlook is terrible They are laying off like crazy Perks\Benefits are taking a dive as well They were "laying off" and firing at a rapid pace before the pandemic even after a massive round of funding. The leadership are arrogant, selfish, inexperienced, and\or uncaring. If you want to work for a company that doesn't care about its employees, expects blind loyalty and expectations of working 50 hours a week and fearful of losing your job, this is the place for you.
