Pros

Highly capable co-workers, respectful work environment, good compensation, including great benefits, retirement, employee stock purchase plans with company match, etc.

Cons

Typical of large companies, things move slow, including decisions. There are a lot of layers of management between the CEO and front-line employees. Highly matrixed organization, making it difficult, at times, to zero in on accountability.
