Pros

Had good benefits with company, we were unfortunately part of a spinoff and did not last with them

Cons

Focused on specific core products and a business unit could find itself at risk

Pros

401k matching, hourly wage, close to major city, safety awareness.

Cons

poor moral, Management changes very frequently with disregard to any wisdom or knowledge the last manager knew, cost-adverse accountants seem to make all the decisions, lay offs are frequent in 2015-2016, training is poor, support is poor, managers don't want to be managers.

Pros

Company that does look after its people well through competitive salary, good benefits and potential opportunities globally. There are very good people working in the organisation.

Cons

Too many chiefs. Like all global companies there need to be a balance to ensure work gets done. Good leaders but at times lack empathy and self serving.
