      Rio Tinto is one of the oldest Mining firms and therefore a trendsetter in business and technology. Rio Tinto always put their people first.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the mining industry most jobs in Rio Tinto are at remote locations. Even though safety is a priority for Rio Tinto, working in a mining environment is always risky.
