Pros

Salary and benefits which included free lunch was great. Some people were ok.

Cons

People are instiutionalised, due to redundancies people were miserable so made for a difficult work environment, easy to get siloed and things took forever to get done.

Good pay, relaxed work environment, great safety culture and good place to learn and grow.

Work-life balance with the 8 days on 6 days off roster. Staying longer duration on site can start getting to your nerves after a while.
