Great job, improves people management skills, good leadership development opportunity, Good money and perks, creates opportunity to shine.

Cons

Coping with issues from top and bottom level always...You will be tried and tested all the way., Adjusting to shift work if you are new to it.

Pros

CEO welcoming of improved internal informal Comms and provides regular updates on global priorities.

Cons

Death by 1000 cuts. There is a big push at senior level to improve employee engagement but the translation to the GM level is almost non existent thus far.
