Pros

Great in terms of; - safety - compensation (salary, bonus, shares, etc...) - growth opportunity

Cons

Nothing negative to say about the company itself, only with regards to the level of remoteness of the operation.

Pros

Big multinational company with world class methods and structure. Leader in its field as regards technical know how. French cultural heritage from Pechiney in French sites.

Cons

Strategically leaving Europ. Short term management took over the long term vision. Too focused on costs and short term benefit. Working climate have gone down over the past 10 years.

Pros

Good benefits. People are nice. Balance work/family is generally ok. New management in place put more emphasis on employees than in the past.

Cons

Very hierarchical company, though that might change with new management. Resource company so when times are bad, it's really bad.
