Cons
Unorganized, no communication, low wages, no raises, upper management very uninvolved in the day to day work. Immature and unexperienced managers that are rude and toxic. They have no patience to train and expect you to know right away. No diversity, not very many women or minorities, no proper training your pretty much on your own. Toxic people that are unapproachable and rude that upper management does nothing about. Your complaints & concerns are ignored. Nothing will be done about it Reviews are a waste of time no raises not even cost of living. But the company does great according to Sales. Lots of turn over. Very behind the times in operations. Be prepared to have piles of work on you. If someone quits they won't replace them just add to your plate w/no compensation. They always make it seem like they want and will change but they don't. It's all talk and no action taken. You never see an improvement.
