      Pros

      Great sense of brand values shared throughout entire organization. Not "clicky" as reportedly other surf brands can be, everyone is friendly and there to get work done.

      Cons

      Business is ran very lean, which can be both a pro and a con... But, at times I've felt like there could be more hands on deck.
