Thank you for your thoughts on Ripple Effect; we always value feedback as we strive to continually improve and enhance the employee, client, and company experience. Ripple Effect works with many federal, private, and non-profit clients to promote some of our nation's most significant policies and programs. To ensure the protection of people and confidential data, Ripple conducts background and reference checks on prospective or existing employees, the extent of which vary dependent on the position requirements, as authorized by state and federal law. Furthermore, owing to the nature of the work Ripple performs and the clients we support, there may be periods where there is no longer work, depending on the client's needs.
Ripple Effect is dedicated to creating a positive environment for all employees and believes that diversity fosters workplace success. We are committed to building and sustaining a workplace in which all employees have the opportunity to participate in and contribute to the company's success, and where their talents, experience, and unique perspectives are valued. This dedication is mirrored in our company policy, which stresses Ripple's commitment to stand up against racism, discrimination, prejudice, hatred, and intolerance while also continuing to foster an inclusive culture that values diversity as a core value.
Ripple's 2022-2025 Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Action Plan reflects our ongoing commitment to creating an environment that values diversity while also being equitable, accessible, and inclusive for all, achieving equity through fair processes and systems for our whole workforce, which is at the heart of who we are.
