- awesome leadership, Monica and Brad are visionaries in the space and are incredibly transparent about the company's mission + goals. - Interesting products to work on - especially Liquidity Hub (web3 payments/trading platform) - Great individuals, very welcoming, open and intelligent

- Experience will vary across teams. Some are very organized and utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies (Jira/Github, Agile, etc., proper management structure, etc.). Other teams (exception moreso than the rule) are very small with flat hierarchies, the latter tending towards poor organization and lack of effective management and leadership.
