Pros

Worked around college schedule, have strong core values that demonstrate excellence in customer service, and goals set in place to recognize associates for high work performance

Cons

At store level, managers do not always honor associates and programs. Managers also, demonstrate favoritism and do not always follow through on performance evaluations, also raises are very minimal even for associates who have excelled.
