      Hours are great by industry standards. Committed to long-term relationships with clients, which results in a really stable, supportive environment. Office is AWESOME.

      Wonderful Internship - Thank you Rivers!

      Pros

      As a marketing intern, I had opportunities far beyond marketing. In addition to the marketing experience with a wide range of clients, I gained experience in photography, brainstorming creative concepts, research, video production and more. The team is always working hard but never too busy to help you or answer questions. I feel confident with my skills leaving Rivers Agency and I hope to be back!

      Cons

      No cons - I was the only intern during the spring semester. Normally there are a few at a time but may not always be working at the same time so if you want an internship to make friends I would look somewhere with a large internship program. I was there for the skills and support and enjoyed being the sole intern because of how many tasks I got to take on.

      Incredible place to work. An amazing place to grow as a creative and learn from some of the most passionate, skilled advertisers and developers you could ever hope to meet. Strong, supportive spirit of collaboration.

      Cons

      They can be a very brutally honest with you, which is a good thing, so be prepared to have thick skin and not take feedback personally. The criticism is always in service of helping you grow and delivering work for the client.
