Pros

The environment is very positive and professional. The company really has their stuff together and they live by their core values. There is a lot of opportunity at RoadRunner and the benefits are great and affordable.

Cons

Remote work isn't for everyone, it takes some getting used to if you're new to it. There are other cons but they're laid out for you before you're even offered the job, RoadRunner is very transparent about them.

Pros

Health premiums are 100% covered by the company for the employee and for a family, the premiums are super low. Positive culture and they do have weekly sales training to be good at your job. Work from home and you get a work laptop.

Cons

Even though it's a remote company, it is based in PA. You are required to work the hours of the timezone where your team is based. No exceptions. PTO time is accrued per paycheck, rather than already getting it for the year. Pay is $40k base with no caps commission, but you have to grind and work hard.
