      Pros

      The team coaches/managers are very helpful when it comes to completing your goals. You make about 80 outbound calls a day. The company is big on sharing your small and big success with everyone in the company!

      Cons

      Very little diversity. Team bonding is very hard to do in remote setting but they do have company get together every now and then.
