      Pros

      I love working at RoadRunner b/c of the people that work here. Management takes a vested interest in the continued professional growth of each employee to set them up for success at RoadRunner and beyond. The culture strives to be inclusive as the TA works to ensure diverse hiring across each department. Open, transparent, candid communication is encourage for all employees from the CEO (top) down.

      This is not applicable for my time at RoadRunner.

      None. If you can find anything else, anything at all, take that instead.

      Cons

      If you are a white male or anything right of a social justice warrior then you might want to stay far away from this company. They will force you into a social justice indoctrination chat board and they will push their hate-filled literature on you. If you disagree with their bigotry, be prepared to lose your job. An excerpt from one of their recommended texts (Antiracist) reads "The only remedy to racist discrimination is antiracist discrimination. The only remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination. The only remedy to present discrimination is future discrimination.” Nobody should have to stand for this.
