Pros

Amazing culture, helpful coworkers, approachable and sincere supervisors, fun atmosphere in the office, solid training, medical/dental/vision insurance, nice amount of PTO, and fair pay. RoadRunner was a big career shift for me, but the risk paid off big time.

Cons

Saw a previous review saying that they wish the 401k contribution would start immediately instead of after 6 months and I would agree.

Pros

People, Environment, Benefits, Office Space.

Cons

I've been here for quite some time, and although I do love the people I work with, many that I had started with are no longer here. I've seen many great reps leave the company do to oversight. When I say oversight, I mean that there are reps out there working harder and longer than some, and not getting the same results. Why? There is a huge issue with certain markets, and the potential in those markets, although the Goals were decreased for some markets, it still isn't matching up to the reality of the markets, especially when you overload these markets with reps. On top of that, these same markets suffer from the PUNT all to often, meaning you get no credit or recognition for the opp, no matter the size. As a result GOOD reps are either getting fired, or leaving because there is no real opportunity to grow.
