Pros

They have adapted very well to the Covid-19 outbreak and transitioning to work from home. Everyone is always very encouraging and really celebrates each other’s success. Yes, your calls are observed, but it’s only to benefit you. Health benefits are very good. I’m paying significantly less than my previous company, and it’s great coverage.

Cons

I wish you didn’t have to wait for the 401K, that’s the only thing I’ve been unsatisfied with.

Pros

RoadRunner champions an optimistic, communicative, and respectful team environment. RoadRunner's culture thrives on collaboration. Every team member is receptive and openminded. Beyond the office, RoadRunner is a leader in promoting a green, clean, and sustainable world through practice and education. This fun and passionate environment takes celebrating Earth Day to a whole new level. And there are plentiful opportunities for getting involved in your community. All around RoadRunner is a great organization!

Cons

RoadRunner is a relatively young, hyper-growth company. RoadRunner is constantly going through change, and adaptation is constantly unavoidable. There will be hiccups, there will be elements that need improvement, but the leadership team is profoundly optimistic and inclusive of their team members. Anyone who is passionate about hard work and changing the way we recycle will thrive in RoadRunner's culture.

Pros

I started recently with Covid-19 just approaching and wasn't sure if I would still have a job or not. RoadRunner still brought us on board and provided us with equipment to work from home. We did an online training course over zoom which was phenomenal given the circumstances. Upper management does everything in their power to make sure we are getting through this situation mentally and emotionally. I couldn't ask for a better team with everything going on. RoadRunner even set more realistic expectations due to the virus and provided a Covid-19 relief act which is the best thing a company has ever done for their employees in my experience. RoadRunner has been an amazing company to work for so far.

Cons

Cold calling isn't for everyone but there is so much to learn from it
