Pros

The office location and view is outstanding. Benefits are not exceptionally costly. Most employees are super friendly, great place to break for lunch.

Cons

This is a male dominated culture with absolutely zero HR presence. Don’t expect upper management to acknowledge you as an employee or elicit your input unless you are a male. Management does not follow through on promises of employee development. Hiring needs to improve, don’t just fill a chair with a pulse.

Pros

Leadership team genuinely cares about the employees and their well-being. Everyone open to improving processes and feedback will be heard. You will grind and learn a lot about a whole new industry and how a business works, right from the sales cold call to a customer signing up with RR. Lot of room for lateral movement within the company. Great time to join since the company is growing and launching more markets. Great for entry level roles as long as you come with a great attitude and willing to work hard.

Cons

Nothing major. Just come in with the right attitude and speak up if you have concerns.
